Delivery Policy

Every service listed on this site is a custom digital design service. Files are delivered online only. There are no physical products, no printing, no packaging and no shipping involved at any stage.

How files are sent

Final files are delivered by email attachment or through a private download link (typically a shared cloud folder). You receive the exact formats agreed in the brief — usually vector source files (SVG, AI or PDF) alongside standard exports (PNG, JPG) at the sizes you need.

Turnaround

Turnaround depends on scope and is agreed before any work starts. As a general guide: a single logo lands within 7–10 days, a full identity or a larger illustration set within 3–5 weeks. If a schedule shifts for any reason, I let you know as early as possible.

Access to files

Once delivered, files are yours to keep. I recommend saving a copy in your own storage — download links remain live for at least 90 days after delivery but are not intended as long-term hosting.
