Refund Policy

Because every project is custom creative work made specifically for you, refunds are handled fairly on a case-by-case basis rather than through a blanket rule. The general principles are set out below.

Before work starts

If a project is cancelled before I have begun work, any deposit is refunded in full within seven working days.

Once work has started

Once concept work, sketches or drafts have been delivered, deposits are generally non-refundable because time and creative effort have already been spent. A partial refund may be considered based on the stage the project has reached.

After final delivery

Files that have been delivered and approved are considered final and are not refundable. If something is genuinely not what we agreed on, talk to me — I would much rather correct the work than leave you unhappy, and reasonable fixes after delivery are always free.

How to request

Refund requests should be sent to the same email address we have been using for the project. I respond within two working days.
