Terms of Service

These terms cover any custom digital design service commissioned through this site. By commissioning a project you agree to what is written here.

1. Scope

All services are digital. I do not sell or ship physical goods. The exact scope, deliverables, timing and price for a project are agreed in writing before any work begins.

2. Payment

A 50% deposit is required to reserve a slot in the schedule, with the remaining 50% due before final files are delivered. Larger projects can be split into smaller milestones. Invoices are payable in Euros.

3. Ownership and rights

Full ownership of the final artwork transfers to you once the invoice is paid in full. I retain the right to display the finished piece as portfolio work unless we agree otherwise in writing.

4. Revisions and scope changes

Each service includes two rounds of revisions. Additional rounds or work outside the original brief are quoted separately in writing before any extra work is done.

5. Cancellation

Either party may cancel before work begins. Cancellations after work has started are governed by the refund policy on this site.

6. Liability

My liability under any project is limited to the amount you have paid for that project. I am not responsible for how deliverables are used after they are handed over.

7. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated occasionally. The version live on this page is the one in effect.
