This policy explains what information I collect through this site, how I use it, and the rights you have over it.

What I collect

When you submit the contact form I receive your name, your email and the details you choose to share about your project. If you accept analytics cookies, I also receive anonymous, aggregated visit statistics such as which pages people spend time on.

How I use it

Contact form information is used only to reply to your enquiry and to deliver the project we agree on. Analytics information is used only to understand how the site is performing.

Sharing

I do not sell your data. I do not share it with third parties for marketing. The only third parties involved are the services I use to run this site (hosting, email) and they only see what is technically needed to deliver those services.

Retention

Contact form threads are kept while a conversation is active. If we do not end up working together, I remove the thread within a reasonable window. Client files and invoices are kept as long as legal and accounting rules require.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal information I hold about you, or ask me to correct or delete it, at any time. Use the contact page to get in touch.
